4 ^ain whose eyes a vile person is despised,
but who honors those who fear the Lord;
who ^bswears to his own hurt and does not change;

2 For you are ^cthe God in whom I take refuge;
why have you ^drejected me?
Why do I ^ego about mourning
because of the oppression of the enemy?

9 But you have ^frejected us and disgraced us
and ^ghave not gone out with our armies.
