Psalms 16:5-11

5 The Lord is amy chosen portion and my bcup;
you hold my clot.
6 dThe lines have fallen for me in pleasant places;
indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance.
7 I bless the Lord who egives me counsel;
in fthe night also my gheart instructs me.
Hebrew  my kidneys instruct me

8 iI have jset the Lord always before me;
because he is at my kright hand, I shall not be lshaken.
9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my mwhole being

rejoices;
my flesh also dwells secure.
10For you will not abandon my soul to oSheol,
por let your qholy one see rcorruption.

in your presence there is ufullness of joy;

Psalms 22:23-26

23You who wfear the Lord, praise him!
All you offspring of Jacob, xglorify him,
and stand in awe of him, all you offspring of Israel!
24For he has not despised or abhorred
the affliction of ythe afflicted,
and he has not zhidden his face from him,
but has heard, when he aacried to him.
25 From you comes my praise in the great abcongregation;
my acvows I will adperform before those who fear him.
26 aeThe afflicted
Or  The meek
shall ageat and be satisfied;
those who seek him shall praise the Lord!
