at the blast of ethe breath of your nostrils.

Psalms 68:30

30Rebuke fthe beasts that dwell among the reeds,
the herd of gbulls with the calves of the peoples.
hTrample underfoot those who lust after tribute;
scatter the peoples who delight in war.

both jrider and horse lay stunned.
