6 ^aIn my distress I called upon the Lord;
to my God I cried for help.
From his ^btemple he heard my voice,
and my cry to him reached his ears.

3 When my spirit ^cfaints within me,
you know my way!
In the path where I walk
they have ^dhidden a trap for me.

7 When my life was fainting away,
I remembered the Lord,
^eand my prayer came to you,
into your holy temple.
