^creviving the soul;
^dthe testimony of the Lord is ^esure,
^fmaking wise ^gthe simple;

130 The unfolding of your words gives light;
it imparts ^hunderstanding to the simple.

4 to give prudence to ⁱthe simple,
knowledge and ^jdiscretion to the youth—
