7 aThe law of the Lord is perfect,
Or blameless

knowledge and idiscretion to the youth

Proverbs 1:22-23

22“How long, O jsimple ones, will you love being simple?
How long will kscoffers delight in their scoffing
and fools lhate knowledge?
23If you turn at my reproof,
Or Will you turn away at my reproof?

behold, I will npour out my spirit to you;
I will make my words known to you.

Proverbs 9:4-6

4 oWhoever is simple, let him turn in here!”

Or  Leave the company of the simple

Romans 16:18-19

19For aayour obedience is known to all, so that I rejoice over you, but I want you abto be wise as to what is good and innocent as to what is evil.

2 Timothy 3:15-17

That is, a messenger of God (the phrase echoes a common Old Testament expression)
may be complete, aiequipped ajfor every good work.
