1 dThe Lord says to my Lord:

funtil I make your enemies your gfootstool.”

Isaiah 9:7

7Of the increase of his government and of peace
hthere will be no end,
on the throne of David and over his kingdom,
to establish it and to uphold it
iwith justice and with righteousness
from this time forth and forevermore.
jThe zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this.

Jeremiah 23:5-6

5 kBehold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will raise up for David a righteous lBranch, and mhe shall reign as king and deal wisely, and shall execute justice and righteousness in the land. 6In his days Judah will be saved, and nIsrael will odwell securely. And this is the name by which he will be called: p‘The Lord is our righteousness.’

John 12:13-15

13So they took branches of qpalm trees and went out to meet him, crying out, rHosanna! Blessed is she who comes in the name of the Lord, even tthe King of Israel!” 14And Jesus found a young donkey and sat on it, just as it is written,

15 uFear not, daughter of Zion;
behold, your king is coming,

John 18:37

John 19:19-22

19Pilate acalso wrote an inscription and put it on the cross. It read, “Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews.” 20Many of the Jews read this inscription, for adthe place where Jesus was crucified was near the city, and it was written in Aramaic, in Latin, and in Greek. 21So the chief priests of the Jews said to Pilate, “Do not write, ‘The King of the Jews,’ but rather, ‘This man said, I am King of the Jews.’” 22Pilate answered, aeWhat I have written I have written.”
