6“As for me, I have ^aset my King
on ^bZion, my ^choly hill.”

Psalms 9:4

4For you have ^dmaintained my just cause;
you have ^esat on the throne, giving righteous judgment.

Psalms 21:7-12

7For the king trusts in the Lord,
and through the steadfast love of the Most High he shall not be ^fmoved.
8 Your hand will ^gfind out all your enemies;
your right hand will find out those who hate you.
9You will make them as ^ha blazing oven
when you appear.
The Lord will swallow them up in his ⁱwrath,
and ^jfire will consume them.
10You ^kwill destroy their ^ldescendants from the earth,
and their offspring from among the children of man.
11Though they plan evil against you,
though they ^mdevise mischief, they will not succeed.
12For you will put them ⁿto flight;
you will ^oaim at their faces with your bows.

Psalms 61:6-7

6 ^pProlong ^qthe life of the king;
may his years endure to all generations!
7May he be enthroned forever before God;
appoint ^rsteadfast love and faithfulness to watch over him!

Psalms 89:20-37

20 ^uI have found David, my servant;
with my holy oil I have ^vanointed him,
21so that my ^whand shall be established with him;
my arm also shall strengthen him.
22The enemy shall not outwit him;
^xthe wicked shall not humble him.
23I will ^ycrush his foes before him
and strike down those who hate him.
24My ^zfaithfulness and my ^aasteadfast love shall be with him,
and in my name shall his ^abhorn be exalted.
25I will set his hand on ^acthe sea
and his right hand on ^adthe rivers.
26He shall cry to me, ‘You are my ^aeFather,
my God, and ^afthe Rock of my salvation.’
27And I will make him the ^agfirstborn,
^ahthe highest of the kings of the earth.
28My steadfast love I will keep for him forever,

36His ^atoffspring shall endure forever,
^auhis ^avthrone as long as ^awthe sun before me.
37Like ^axthe moon it shall be established forever,

Sit at My Right Hand

2 The Lord sends forth ^bdfrom Zion
^beyour mighty scepter.
^bfRule in the midst of your enemies!

Psalms 132:11

^bhfrom which he will not turn back:

I will set on your throne.

17There I will make ^bka horn to sprout for David;
