Isaiah 66:19-20

19and I will set a sign among them. And from them jI will send survivors to the nations, to kTarshish, lPul, and mLud, who draw the bow, to nTubal and oJavan, pto the coastlands far away, qthat have not heard my fame or seen my glory. The Mountain of the Lord
