The Lord Is My Shepherd

A Psalm of David.

1 The Lord is my ashepherd; I shall not bwant.
2He makes me lie down in green cpastures.
He leads me beside still waters.
Hebrew  beside waters of rest

Isaiah 40:10-11

10 eBehold, the Lord God comes with might,
and his arm rules for him;
fbehold, his reward is with him,
and his recompense before him.
11 gHe will tend his flock like a shepherd;
hhe will gather the lambs in his arms;
ihe will carry them in his bosom,
and gently lead those that are with young.

Isaiah 49:9-10

9 jsaying to the prisoners, ‘Come out,’
to those who are in darkness, ‘Appear.’
kThey shall feed along the ways;
on all bare heights shall be their pasture;
10 lthey shall not hunger or thirst,
neither scorching wind nor sun shall strike them,
for he who has pity on them mwill lead them,
and by springs of water will guide them.

Ezekiel 34:22-24

22I will rescue
Or save
my flock; othey shall no longer be a prey. And I will judge between sheep and sheep.
23And pI will set up over them one shepherd, qmy servant David, and he shall feed them: he shall feed them and be their shepherd. 24And rI, the Lord, will be their God, and my servant David shall be prince among them. sI am the Lord; I have spoken.

Micah 7:14

14 tShepherd your people uwith your staff,
the flock of your inheritance,
who dwell alone in a forest
vin the midst of wa garden land;

let them graze in Bashan and Gilead
as in the days of old.
