God’s Steadfast Love and Compassion

18 ^bWho is a God like you, ^cpardoning iniquity
and passing over transgression
^dfor the remnant of his inheritance?
^eHe does not retain his anger forever,
because he delights in steadfast love.
19 He will ^fagain have compassion on us;
^ghe will tread our iniquities underfoot.
^hYou will cast all our ^{▼▼Hebrew their} sins
into the depths of the sea.
20 ^jYou will show faithfulness to Jacob
and steadfast love to Abraham,
^kas you have sworn to our fathers
from the days of old.
