6 I ^awash my hands in innocence
and go around your altar, O Lord,

Isaiah 1:15-16

15 When you ^bspread out your hands,
I will hide my eyes from you;
^ceven though you make many prayers,
I will not listen;
^dyour hands are full of blood.
16 ^eWash yourselves; make yourselves clean;
remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes;
^fcease to do evil,
