Psalms 3:2

2many are saying of my soul,
a"There is no salvation for him in God."  Selah
The meaning of the Hebrew word  Selah, used frequently in the Psalms, is uncertain. It may be a musical or liturgical direction

Psalms 37:25

25 I have been young, and now am old,
yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken
or his children cbegging for bread.

Psalms 37:28

28For the Lord dloves justice;
he will not forsake his esaints.
They are preserved forever,
but the children of the wicked shall be fcut off.

Psalms 41:7-8

7All who hate me whisper together about me;
they imagine the worst for me.
Or  they devise evil against me

8 They say, “A deadly thing is poured out
Or has fastened
on him;
he will not rise again from where he lies.”

Psalms 42:10

10As with a deadly wound in my bones,
my adversaries taunt me,
iwhile they say to me all the day long,
Where is your God?”

Matthew 27:42-43

Matthew 27:46
