Psalms 93:3-4

3 ^dThe floods have lifted up, O Lord,
the floods have lifted up their voice;
the floods lift up their roaring.
4 Mightier than the thunders of many waters,
mightier than the waves of the sea,

Isaiah 8:7-8

7 therefore, behold, the Lord is bringing up against them ^gthe waters of ^hthe River, mighty and many, the king of Assyria and all his glory.
