34 ^aWait for the Lord and keep his way,
and he will exalt you to inherit the land;
you will look on ^bwhen the wicked are cut off.

7 For he has delivered me from every trouble,
and my eye has ^clooked in triumph on my enemies.

10 ^dMy God in his steadfast love ^{▼▼Or The God who shows me steadfast love} ^fwill meet me;
God will let me ^glook in triumph on my enemies.

8 You will only look with your eyes
and ^hsee the recompense of the wicked.
