Psalms 38:13-15

13 But I am like a deaf man; I do not hear,
like aa mute man who does not open his mouth.
14I have become like a man who does not hear,
and in whose mouth are no brebukes.
15 But for cyou, O Lord, do I wait;
it is you, O Lord my God, who will answer.

Isaiah 53:7

7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted,
dyet he opened not his mouth;
elike a flamb that is led to the slaughter,
and like a sheep that before its shearers is silent,
so he opened not his mouth.

Matthew 27:12-14

12 gBut when he was accused by the chief priests and elders, he gave no answer. 13Then Pilate said to him, h“Do you not hear how many things they testify against you?” 14But he gave him no answer, not even to a single charge, so that the governor was greatly amazed.

Mark 15:3-5

3And the chief priests accused him of many things. 4And Pilate again asked him, i“Have you no answer to make? See how many charges they bring against you.” 5But Jesus jmade no further answer, so that Pilate was amazed.

Acts 8:32-33

32Now the passage of the Scripture that he was reading was this:

kLike a sheep he was led to the slaughter
and like a lamb before its shearer is silent,
so he opens not his mouth.
33In his lhumiliation justice was denied him.
Who can describe his generation?
For his life is taken away from the earth.”

Philippians 1:28
