2 O men,
Or  O men of rank
how long shall my honor be turned into shame?
How long will you love vain words and seek after blies?  Selah

Isaiah 36:7

7But if you say to me, “We trust in the Lord our God,” is it not he kwhose high places and altars Hezekiah has removed, saying to Judah and to Jerusalem, “You shall worship before this altar”?

Isaiah 37:23-24

23 “‘Whom have you mocked and reviled?

24By your servants you have mocked the Lord,
and you have said, mWith my many chariots
I have gone up the heights of the mountains,
