1 I ^awaited patiently for the Lord;
he inclined to me and ^bheard my cry.

Psalms 130:5-6

5 I ^cwait for the Lord, ^dmy soul waits,
and ^ein his word I hope;
6 my soul ^fwaits for the Lord
more than ^gwatchmen for ^hthe morning,
more than watchmen for the morning.

Lamentations 3:26

26 ⁱIt is good that one should wait quietly
for the salvation of the Lord.

Luke 12:36-37
