Psalms 41:1-2

O Lord, Be Gracious to Me

To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David.

1 aBlessed is the one who considers the poor!
Or weak

cIn the day of trouble the Lord delivers him;
2the Lord protects him and keeps him alive;
he is called blessed in the land;
you ddo not give him up to the will of his enemies.

Psalms 61:5

5For you, O God, have heard my vows;
you have given me the heritage of those who fear your name.

9Surely his esalvation is near to those who fear him,
that fglory may dwell in our land.

11For gas high as the heavens are above the earth,
so great is his hsteadfast love toward ithose who fear him;

5He provides food for those who fear him;
he jremembers his covenant forever.

19He kfulfills the desire of those who fear him;
he also lhears their cry and saves them.

Proverbs 11:18

18The wicked earns deceptive wages,
but one who msows righteousness gets a sure reward.

Proverbs 19:17

17 nWhoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord,
and he owill repay him for his pdeed.
