Psalms 50:1
God Himself Is Judge
A Psalm of aAsaph.
1 bThe Mighty One, God the Lord,speaks and summons the earth
cfrom the rising of the sun to its setting.
Psalms 50:3-4
3 Our God comes; he ddoes not keep silence; ▼▼Or May our God come, and not keep silence
before him is a devouring ffire,
around him a mighty tempest.
4 gHe calls to the heavens above
and to the earth, that he may judge his people:

21These things you have done, and I hhave been silent;you thought that I ▼ was one like yourself.
But now I jrebuke you and klay the charge before you.
Ecclesiastes 8:11-12
11Because lthe sentence against an evil deed is not executed speedily, mthe heart of the children of man is fully set to do evil. 12Though a sinner does evil a hundred times and nprolongs his life, yet I know that oit will be well with pthose who fear God, because they fear before him.Isaiah 57:11
