Psalms 50:18-22

18 If you see a thief, ^ayou are pleased with him,
^band you keep company with adulterers.
19 “You give your mouth free rein for evil,
^cand your tongue frames deceit.
20 You sit and speak against your brother;
you slander your own mother’s son.
21 These things you have done, and I ^dhave been silent;
you thought that I ^{▼▼Or that the I am} was one like yourself.
But now I ^frebuke you and ^glay the charge before you.
22 “Mark this, then, you who ^hforget God,
lest I tear you apart, and there be ⁱnone to deliver!

Proverbs 1:11-19

11 If they say, “Come with us, ^jlet us lie in wait for blood;
^klet us ambush the innocent without reason;
12 like Sheol let us ^lswallow them alive,
and whole, like ^mthose who go down to the pit;
13 we shall find all precious goods,
we shall fill our houses with plunder;

Isaiah 1:23

23 Your princes are rebels
and companions of thieves.
Everyone ^wloves a bribe
and runs after gifts.
^xThey do not bring justice to the fatherless,
and the widow’s cause does not come to them.

Mark 11:17

17 And he was teaching them and saying to them, “Is it not written, ^y‘My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations’? But ^zyou have made it a den of robbers.”
