band you keep company with adulterers.
19 “You give your mouth free rein for evil,
cand your tongue frames deceit.
20You sit and speak against your brother;
you slander your own mother’s son.
21These things you have done, and I dhave been silent;
you thought that I
Or  that the I am
was one like yourself.
But now I frebuke you and glay the charge before you.

Proverbs 1:11-19

11If they say, “Come with us, jlet us lie in wait for blood;
klet us ambush the innocent without reason;
12like Sheol let us lswallow them alive,
and whole, like mthose who go down to the pit;
13we shall find all precious goods,
we shall fill our houses with plunder;
14throw in your lot among us;
we will all have one purse”—
15my son, ndo not walk in the way with them;
ohold back your foot from their paths,
16for ptheir feet run to evil,
and they make haste to shed blood.
17 qFor in vain is a net spread
in the sight of any bird,
18but these men rlie in wait for their own blood;
they sset an ambush for their own lives.
19 tSuch are the ways of everyone who is ugreedy for unjust gain;
vit takes away the life of its possessors.

Everyone wloves a bribe
and runs after gifts.
xThey do not bring justice to the fatherless,
and the widow’s cause does not come to them.
