Psalms 50:2-3

2Out of Zion, athe perfection of beauty,
bGod shines forth.
3 Our God comes; he cdoes not keep silence;
Or May our God come, and not keep silence

before him is a devouring efire,
around him a mighty tempest.

Isaiah 18:4

4For thus the Lord said to me:
“I will quietly look ffrom my dwelling
like clear heat in sunshine,
like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest.”

Ezekiel 8:6

6And he said to me, “Son of man, gdo you see what they are doing, hthe great abominations that the house of Israel are committing here, ito drive me far from my sanctuary? But you will see still greater abominations.”

Ezekiel 9:3-6

3Now jthe glory of the God of Israel had gone up from the cherub on which it rested to kthe threshold of the house. And he called to lthe man clothed in linen, who had the writing case at his waist. 4And the Lord said to him, “Pass through the city, through Jerusalem, and mput a mark on the foreheads of the men who nsigh and groan over all the abominations that are committed in it.” 5And to othe others he said in my hearing, “Pass through the city after him, and strike. pYour eye shall not spare, and you shall show no pity. 6 qKill old men outright, young men and maidens, little children and women, but rtouch no one on whom is the mark. And sbegin at my sanctuary.” So they began with the elders who were before the house.

Ezekiel 10:3-5

3Now the cherubim were standing ton the south side of the house, when the man went in, and ua cloud filled vthe inner court. 4And wthe glory of the Lord xwent up from the cherub to the threshold of the house, and the house ywas filled with the cloud, and the court was filled with zthe brightness of the glory of the Lord. 5And aathe sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard as far as the outer court, ablike the voice of God Almighty when he speaks.

Ezekiel 10:18-19

18 acThen adthe glory of the Lord went out from the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubim. 19 aeAnd the cherubim lifted up their wings and mounted up from the earth afbefore my eyes as they went out, with the wheels beside them. And they stood at the entrance of the ageast gate of the house of the Lord, and ahthe glory of the God of Israel was over them.

Hosea 5:14-15

14For I will be ailike a lion to ajEphraim,
and like a young lion to the house of akJudah.
alI, even I, will tear and go away;
I will carry off, and no one shall rescue.
15 amI will return again to my place,
until they acknowledge their guilt and seek my face,
and anin their distress earnestly seek me.
