Psalms 55:22

22 aCast your burden on the Lord,
and he will sustain you;
bhe will never permit
the righteous to be moved.

Matthew 6:25-34

Do Not Be Anxious

25 cTherefore I tell you, ddo not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? 26 eLook at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. fAre you not of more value than they? 27And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his gspan of life?
Or  a single cubit to his stature; a cubit was about 18 inches or 45 centimeters
28And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, 29yet I tell you, ieven Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, jO you of little faith? 31Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ orWhat shall we drink?’ orWhat shall we wear?’ 32For kthe Gentiles seek after all these things, and lyour heavenly Father knows that you need them all. 33But mseek first nthe kingdom of God and his righteousness, oand all these things will be added to you.

34 pTherefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Matthew 13:22

22As for what was sown among thorns, this is the one who hears the word, but qthe cares of rthe world and sthe deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and it proves unfruitful.

Philippians 4:6

6 tdo not be anxious about anything, ubut in everything by prayer and supplication vwith thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
