Psalms 55:6-11

6And I say, “Oh, that I had wings like a dove!
I would fly away and be at rest;
7 ayes, I would wander far away;
I would lodge in the wilderness;  Selah
8I would hurry to find a shelter
from bthe raging wind and tempest.”
9 Destroy, O Lord, cdivide their tongues;
for I see dviolence and strife in the city.
10Day and night they go around it
on its walls,
and einiquity and trouble are within it;
11ruin is in its midst;
foppression and fraud
do not depart from its marketplace.

Ecclesiastes 1:14

14I have seen everything that is done under the sun, and behold, all is gvanity
The Hebrew term hebel can refer to a “vapor” or “mere breath” (see note on 1:2)
and a striving after wind.
Or  a feeding on wind; compare Hosea 12:1 (also in Ecclesiastes 1:17; 2:11, 17, 26; 4:4, 6, 16; 6:9)

Ecclesiastes 2:17

17So I hated life, because what is done under the sun was grievous to me, for jall is vanity and a striving after wind.

Jeremiah 9:2-3

2
Ch 9:1 in Hebrew
Oh that I had in the desert
a travelerslodging place,
that I might leave my people
and go away from them!
For they are all ladulterers,
a company of mtreacherous men.
3 nThey bend their tongue like a bow;
falsehood and not truth has grown strong
Septuagint; Hebrew  and not for truth they have grown strong
in the land;
for they proceed from evil to evil,
pand they do not know me, declares the Lord.
