2Be gracious to me, O Lord, for I am languishing;

3My csoul also is greatly troubled.

3 For when I kept silent, my ebones wasted away
through my fgroaning all day long.

Psalms 51:8

8Let me hear joy and gladness;
glet the bones hthat you have broken rejoice.

Psalms 141:7

7As when one plows and breaks up the earth,
so shall our bones ibe scattered at the mouth of Sheol.
The meaning of the Hebrew in verses 6, 7 is uncertain

Isaiah 38:13

13 kI calmed myself
Or (with Targum)  I cried for help
until morning;
like a lion mhe breaks all my bones;
from day to night you bring me to an end.

Lamentations 1:13

13 From on high he nsent fire;
into my bones
Septuagint; Hebrew  bones and
he made it descend;
phe spread a net for my feet;
he turned me back;
qhe has left me stunned,
faint all the day long.
