Psalms 68:32-35

32 aO kingdoms of the earth, sing to God;
sing praises to the Lord,  Selah
33to him bwho rides in cthe heavens, the ancient heavens;
behold, he dsends out his voice, his mighty voice.

whose majesty is over Israel,
and whose fpower is in gthe skies.
