Psalms 68:4-5
4 Sing to God, asing praises to his name;blift up a song to him who crides through dthe deserts;
his name is ethe Lord;
exult before him!
5 fFather of the fatherless and gprotector of widows
is God in his holy habitation.

and so all these things came to be,

pBut this is the one to whom I will look:
he who is humble and contrite in spirit
and trembles at my word.
