Save Me, O God

1 Save me, O God!
For ^bthe waters have come up to my neck. ^{▼▼Or waters threaten my life}
2 I sink in deep ^dmire,
where there is no foothold;
I have come into deep waters,
and the flood ^esweeps over me.
3 ^fI am weary with my crying out;
^gmy throat is parched.
^hMy eyes grow dim
with ⁱwaiting for my God.

3 For my soul is full of troubles,
and ^jmy life draws near to ^kSheol.

Isaiah 53:3

3 ^lHe was despised and rejected ^{▼▼Or forsaken} by men,
