Psalms 69:22-28

22 aLet their own btable before them become a snare;
cand when they are at peace, let it become a trap.
Hebrew; a slight revocalization yields (compare Septuagint, Syriac, Jerome)  a snare, and retribution and a trap

23 eLet their eyes be darkened, so that they cannot see,
fand make their loins tremble continually.
24Pour out your indignation upon them,
and let your burning anger overtake them.
25 gMay their camp be a desolation;
let no one dwell in their tents.
26For they hpersecute him whom iyou have struck down,
and they recount the pain of jthose you have wounded.
27 kAdd to them punishment upon punishment;
may they have no acquittal from you.
Hebrew  may they not come into your righteousness

28Let them be mblotted out of the book of the living;
let them not be nenrolled among the righteous.

Isaiah 65:12-16

12I will destine you to the sword,
and all of you shall bow down to the slaughter,
obecause, when I called, you did not answer;
when I spoke, you did not listen,
pbut you did what was evil in my eyes
and chose what I did not delight in.”
13 Therefore thus says the Lord God:
Behold, qmy servants shall eat,
but you shall be hungry;
behold, my servants shall drink,
but you shall be thirsty;
behold, my servants shall rejoice,
but you shall be put to shame;
14behold, rmy servants shall sing for gladness of heart,
but you shall cry out for pain of heart
and shall wail for breaking of spirit.
15You shall leave your name to smy chosen tfor a curse,
and the Lord God will put you to death,
but his servants uhe will call by another name,
16so that he who vblesses himself in the land
shall bless himself by wthe God of truth,
and he who takes an oath in the land
shall swear by xthe God of truth;
ybecause the former troubles are forgotten
and are hidden from my eyes.
