Psalms 7:16

16 His ^amischief returns upon his own head,
and on his own skull his violence descends.

14 O God, insolent men have ^brisen up against me;
a band of ruthless men seeks my life,
and they do not set you before them.

1 ^cDeliver me, O Lord, from evil men;
preserve me from ^dviolent men,

4 Guard me, O Lord, from the hands of the wicked;
preserve me from ^eviolent men,
who have planned to trip up my feet.

11 Let not the slanderer be established in the land;
let evil hunt down the violent man speedily!
