8 The Lord ^ajudges the peoples;
^bjudge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness
and according to the integrity that is in me.

20 The Lord dealt with me ^caccording to my righteousness;
according to ^dthe cleanness of my hands he rewarded me.

1 ^eVindicate me, O God, and ^fdefend my cause
against an ungodly people,
from ^gthe deceitful and unjust man
deliver me!

12 I know that the Lord will ^hmaintain the cause of the afflicted,
and ⁱwill execute justice for the needy.

21 Beloved, ^jif our heart does not condemn us, ^kwe have confidence before God;
