Psalms 7:9-15

9 Oh, let the evil of the wicked come to an end,
and may you establish the righteous—
you who ^atest ^bthe minds and hearts, ^{▼▼Hebrew the hearts and kidneys}
O righteous God!
10 My shield is ^dwith God,
who saves ^ethe upright in heart.
11 God is ^fa righteous judge,
and a God who feels ^gindignation every day.
12 If a man ^{▼▼Hebrew he} does not repent, God ^{▼▼Hebrew he} will ^jwhet his sword;
he has ^kbent and ^lreadied his bow;
13 he has prepared for him his deadly weapons,
making his ^marrows ⁿfiery shafts.
14 Behold, the wicked man ^oconceives evil
and is ^ppregnant with mischief
and gives birth to lies.
15 He makes ^qa pit, digging it out,
and falls into the hole that he has made.

Psalms 9:15-16

15 The nations have sunk in ^rthe pit that they made;
in ^sthe net that they hid, their own foot has been caught.
16 The Lord has made himself ^tknown; he has executed judgment;

13 Arise, O Lord! Confront him, subdue him!

your right hand will find out those who hate you.
