Psalms 7:9-15

9Oh, let the evil of the wicked come to an end,
and may you establish the righteous
you who atest bthe minds and hearts,

15 The nations have sunk in rthe pit that they made;
in sthe net that they hid, their own foot has been caught.
16The Lord has made himself tknown; he has executed judgment;
the wicked are snared in the work of their own hands.  Higgaion.

13 Arise, O Lord! Confront him, subdue him!

8 Your hand will xfind out all your enemies;
your right hand will find out those who hate you.
9You will make them as ya blazing oven
when you appear.
The Lord will swallow them up in his zwrath,

while evil is in their hearts.

Great Is the Lord

1 Contend, O Lord, with those who ajcontend with me;
akfight against those who fight against me!
2Take hold of alshield and buckler
and rise for my help!
3Draw the spear and javelin
Or  and close the way

against my pursuers!
Say to my soul,
“I am your salvation!”
4 anLet them be aoput to shame and dishonor
who seek after my life!
Let them be apturned back and disappointed
who devise evil against me!
5Let them be like aqchaff before the wind,
with the angel of the Lord driving them away!
6Let their way be dark and arslippery,
with the angel of the Lord pursuing them!
7 For aswithout cause atthey hid their net for me;
without cause they dug aua pit for my life.
The word  pit is transposed from the preceding line; Hebrew  For without cause they hid the pit of their net for me; without cause they dug for my life

8Let awdestruction come upon him axwhen he does not know it!
And let the net that he hid ensnare him;
let him fall into it—to his destruction!

Psalms 35:26

26 Let them be ayput to shame and disappointed altogether
who rejoice at my calamity!
Let them be azclothed with shame and dishonor
who bamagnify themselves against me!
