Psalms 72:17-19

17 ^aMay his name endure forever,
his fame continue as long as the sun!
^bMay people be blessed in him,
^call nations call him blessed!
18 ^dBlessed be the Lord, the God of Israel,
who alone does ^ewondrous things.
19Blessed be his ^fglorious name forever;

Bless the Lord, O My Soul

1 ⁱBless the Lord, O my soul,
and all that is within me,
bless his holy name!
2 ^jBless the Lord, O my soul,
and ^kforget not all his benefits,
3who ^lforgives all your iniquity,
who ^mheals all your diseases,
4who ⁿredeems your life from the pit,
who ^ocrowns you with steadfast love and mercy,
5who ^psatisfies you with good
so that your youth is renewed like ^qthe eagle’s.
6 The Lord works ^rrighteousness
and justice for all who are oppressed.
7He made known his ^sways to Moses,
his ^tacts to the people of Israel.
8The Lord is ^umerciful and gracious,
slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.
9 ^vHe will not always chide,
nor will he ^wkeep his anger forever.
10He does not deal with us ^xaccording to our sins,
nor repay us according to our iniquities.
11For ^yas high as the heavens are above the earth,
so great is his ^zsteadfast love toward ^aathose who fear him;
12as far as the east is from the west,
so far does he ^abremove our transgressions from us.
13As ^aca father shows compassion to his children,
so the Lord shows compassion ^adto those who fear him.

15 As for man, his days are like ^aggrass;
he flourishes like ^aha flower of the field;
16for ^aithe wind passes over it, and ^ajit is gone,

17But ^althe steadfast love of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on ^amthose who fear him,
and his righteousness to ^anchildren’s children,
18to those who ^aokeep his covenant
and ^apremember to do his commandments.
19The Lord has ^aqestablished his throne in the heavens,
and his ^arkingdom rules over all.
20 Bless the Lord, O you ^ashis angels,
you ^atmighty ones who ^audo his word,
obeying the voice of his word!
21Bless the Lord, all his ^avhosts,
his ^awministers, who do his will!
22 ^axBless the Lord, all his works,
in all places of his dominion.
