Psalms 77:6-10

6I said,
Hebrew lacks  I said
“Let me remember my bsong in the night;
let me cmeditate in my heart.”
Then my spirit made a diligent search:
7“Will the Lord dspurn forever,
and never again ebe favorable?
8Has his steadfast love forever ceased?
Are his fpromises at an end for all time?
9 gHas God forgotten to be gracious?
hHas he in anger shut up his compassion?”  Selah
10 Then I said, “I will appeal to this,
to the years of the iright hand of the Most High.”
Or This is my grief: that the right hand of the Most High has changed

Psalms 85:4-5

4 kRestore us again, O God of our salvation,
and put away your indignation toward us!
5 lWill you be angry with us forever?
Will you prolong your anger to all generations?

Psalms 103:9

9 mHe will not always chide,
nor will he nkeep his anger forever.

Isaiah 57:10

10You were wearied with the length of your way,
obut you did not say, “It is hopeless”;
you found new life for your strength,
and so you were not faint.

16 qFor I will not contend forever,
nor will I always be angry;
for the spirit would grow faint before me,
and the breath of life that I made.

Jeremiah 3:5

5 rwill he be angry forever,
will he be indignant to the end?’
Behold, you have spoken,
but you have done all the evil that you could.”

Jeremiah 3:12

12Go, and proclaim these words toward sthe north, and say,

t“‘Return, faithless Israel,

declares the Lord.
I will not look on you in anger,
for uI am merciful,

declares the Lord;
vI will not be angry forever.

Lamentations 3:31-32

31 wFor the Lord will not
cast off forever,
32but, though he xcause grief, yhe will have compassion
