Israel and Judah Are Unrepentant

1 Come, let us hreturn to the Lord;
for ihe has torn us, that he may heal us;
he has struck us down, and jhe will bind us up.
2After two days khe will revive us;
on the third day he will raise us up,
that we may live before him.
3 lLet us know; mlet us press on to know the Lord;
nhis going out is sure as the dawn;
he will come to us oas the showers,
pas the spring rains that water the earth.”
4 What shall I do with you, qO rEphraim?
What shall I do with you, O sJudah?
Your love is tlike a morning cloud,
ulike the dew that goes early away.
