Psalms 78:38-39

38Yet he, being acompassionate,

and did not destroy them;

ea wind that passes and comes not again.

Psalms 85:5

Will you prolong your anger to all generations?

Psalms 103:9-16

9 gHe will not always chide,
nor will he hkeep his anger forever.
10He does not deal with us iaccording to our sins,
nor repay us according to our iniquities.
11For jas high as the heavens are above the earth,
so great is his ksteadfast love toward lthose who fear him;
12as far as the east is from the west,
so far does he mremove our transgressions from us.
13As na father shows compassion to his children,
so the Lord shows compassion oto those who fear him.
14For he knows our frame;
Or  knows how we are formed

he qremembers that we are dust.
15 As for man, his days are like rgrass;
he flourishes like sa flower of the field;
16for tthe wind passes over it, and uit is gone,
and vits place knows it no more.

Jeremiah 10:24

24 wCorrect me, O Lord, but in justice;
not in your anger, lest you bring me to nothing.

Micah 7:18
