Psalms 80:11-16

11It sent out its branches to athe sea
and its shoots to bthe River.
That is,  the Euphrates

12Why then have you dbroken down its walls,
so that all who pass along the way pluck its fruit?
13 eThe boar from the forest ravages it,
and all that move in the field feed on it.
14 Turn again, O God of hosts!
fLook down from heaven, and see;
have regard for this vine,
15the stock that your right hand planted,
and for the son whom you made strong for yourself.
16They have gburned it with fire; they have hcut it down;
may they perish at ithe rebuke of your face!

Isaiah 9:14

Isaiah 18:5

5 kFor before the harvest, when the blossom is over,
and the flower becomes a ripening grape,
he cuts off the shoots with pruning hooks,
and the spreading branches he lops off and clears away.

Isaiah 27:10

10 lFor the fortified city is solitary,
a habitation deserted and forsaken, like the wilderness;
there the calf grazes;
there it lies down and strips its branches.

Ezekiel 15:2-7

2 mSon of man, how does nthe wood of the vine surpass any wood, the vine branch that is among the trees of the forest? 3Is wood taken from it to make anything? Do people take oa peg from it to hang any vessel on it? 4 pBehold, it is given to the fire for fuel. When the fire has consumed both ends of it, and the middle of it is charred, is it useful for anything? 5 qBehold, when it was whole, it was used for nothing. How much less, when the fire has consumed it and it is charred, can it ever be used for anything! 6Therefore thus says the Lord God: rLike the wood of the vine among the trees of the forest, swhich I have given to the fire for fuel, so have I given up the inhabitants of Jerusalem. 7 tAnd I will set my face against them. Though uthey escape from the fire, the fire shall yet consume them, vand you will know that I am the Lord, wwhen I set my face against them.

Ezekiel 20:47

47Say to the forest of the Negeb, Hear the word of the Lord: Thus says the Lord God, Behold, xI will kindle a fire in you, and it shall devour every ygreen tree in you and every zdry tree. The blazing flame shall not be quenched, and aaall faces from south to north shall be scorched by it.
