Psalms 81:12

12So I agave them over to their bstubborn hearts,
to follow their own ccounsels.

Isaiah 6:10

and hear with their ears,
and understand with their hearts,
and turn and be healed.”

Isaiah 29:10

and has closed your eyes (the prophets),
and covered your heads (the seers).

Matthew 13:14-15

14Indeed, in their case the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled that says:

i“‘“You will indeed hear but never understand,
and you will indeed see but never perceive.”
15For this people’s heart has grown dull,
and with their ears jthey can barely hear,
and ktheir eyes they have closed,
lest they should see with their eyes
and hear with their ears
and lunderstand with their heart
and mturn, and I would heal them.’
