Psalms 82:2-8

2 “How long will you judge unjustly
and ^ashow partiality to ^bthe wicked? Selah
3 ^cGive justice to ^dthe weak and the fatherless;
^emaintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute.
4 ^fRescue the weak and the needy;
^gdeliver them from the hand of the wicked.”
5 ^hThey have neither knowledge nor understanding,
ⁱthey walk about in darkness;
^jall the foundations of the earth are ^kshaken.
6 ^lI said, “You are gods,
sons of the Most High, all of you;
7 nevertheless, like men ^myou shall die,
and fall like any prince.” ^{▼▼Or fall as one man, O princes}
8 ^oArise, O God, judge the earth;
for you shall ^pinherit all the nations!
