9 You rule the raging of the sea;
when its waves rise, you ^astill them.
10 You ^bcrushed ^cRahab like a carcass;
you ^dscattered your enemies with your mighty arm.
11 ^eThe heavens are yours; the earth also is yours;
^fthe world and all that is in it, you have ^gfounded them.
12 ^hThe north and the south, you have created them;
ⁱTabor and ^jHermon ^kjoyously praise your name.
