The Hebrew for  your in verse 6 is singular, referring to the  inhabitant of Zion
midst is hthe Holy One of Israel.”

Ezekiel 48:35

35The circumference of the city shall be 18,000 cubits. And ithe name of the city from that time on shall be, jThe Lord Is There.”

Joel 2:27

Israel’s Joy and Restoration
