Psalms 94:12-13

12 aBlessed is the man whom you bdiscipline, O Lord,
and whom you teach out of your law,
13to give him crest from ddays of trouble,
until ea pit is dug for the wicked.

Psalms 119:67

67 fBefore I was afflicted I went astray,
but now I keep your word.

Isaiah 27:9

9Therefore by this gthe guilt of Jacob will be atoned for,

Septuagint  and this is the blessing when I take away his sin

iwhen he makes all the stones of the altars
like chalkstones crushed to pieces,
no jAsherim or incense altars will remain standing.

1 Corinthians 11:32

32But when we are judged by the Lord, kwe are disciplined
Or  when we are judged we are being disciplined by the Lord
so that we may not be mcondemned along with the world.

Hebrews 12:10-11

10For they disciplined us for a short time as it seemed best to them, but he disciplines us for our good, nthat we may share his holiness. 11 oFor the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields pthe peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.
