Rev 12:17-18

Revelation of John 13:1-5

The First Beast

1 And I saw a beast rising out of the sea, ^jwith ten horns and seven heads, with ten diadems on its horns and ^kblasphemous names on its heads. 2 And the beast that I saw was ^llike a leopard; its feet were like ^ma bear’s, and its mouth was like ⁿa lion’s mouth. And to it ^othe dragon gave his power and ^phis throne and great authority. 3 One of its heads seemed to have a mortal wound, but its mortal wound was healed, and ^qthe whole earth marveled as they followed the beast. 4 And they worshiped the dragon, for he had given his authority to the beast, and they worshiped the beast, saying, ^r“Who is like the beast, and who can fight against it?”

5 And the beast was given ^sa mouth uttering haughty and blasphemous words, and it was allowed to exercise authority for ^tforty-two months.

Revelation of John 18:23

23 and the light of a lamp
will shine in you no more,
and ^uthe voice of bridegroom and bride
will be heard in you no more,

Revelation of John 19:20

20 And the beast was captured, and with it ^xthe false prophet ^ywho in its presence ^{▼▼Or on its behalf} had done the signs by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who ^aaworshiped its image. These two were ^abthrown alive into the lake of ^acfire that burns with sulfur.

Revelation of John 20:10

10 and the devil ^adwho had deceived them was ^aethrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where ^afthe beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
