Revelation of John 12

The Woman and the Dragon

1And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman aclothed with bthe sun, with cthe moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. 2She was pregnant and dwas crying out in birth pains and the agony of giving birth. 3And another sign appeared in heaven: behold, a great ered dragon, fwith seven heads and gten horns, and on his heads hseven diadems. 4His tail swept down ia third of the stars of heaven and jcast them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, so that when she bore her child khe might devour it. 5She gave birth to a male child, lone who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron, but her child was mcaught up to God and to his throne, 6and the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, in which she is to be nourished for n1,260 days.

Satan Thrown Down to Earth

7Now war arose in heaven, oMichael and phis angels fighting against the dragon. And the dragon and his angels fought back, 8but he was defeated, and there was no longer any place for them in heaven. 9And qthe great dragon was thrown down, rthat ancient serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, sthe deceiver of the whole worldthe was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. 10And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “Now uthe salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ have come, for the accuser of our brothers
Or  brothers and sisters
has been thrown down, wwho accuses them day and night before our God.
11And xthey have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for ythey loved not their lives zeven unto death. 12Therefore, aarejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them! But abwoe to you, O earth and sea, for the devil has come down to you in great wrath, because ache knows that his time is short!”

13And when the dragon saw that he had been thrown down to the earth, he pursued adthe woman who had given birth to the male child. 14But the woman was given the two aewings of the great eagle so that she might fly from the serpent afinto the wilderness, to the place where she is to be nourished agfor a time, and times, and half a time. 15The serpent poured water ahlike a river out of his mouth after the woman, to sweep her away with a flood. 16But the earth came to the help of the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed the river that the dragon had poured from his mouth. 17Then the dragon became furious with the woman and went off aito make war on the rest of ajher offspring, akon those who keep the commandments of God and hold to althe testimony of Jesus. And he stood

Revelation of John 13

The First Beast

1And I saw a beast rising out of the sea, anwith ten horns and seven heads, with ten diadems on its horns and aoblasphemous names on its heads. 2And the beast that I saw was aplike a leopard; its feet were like aqa bear’s, and its mouth was like ara lion’s mouth. And to it asthe dragon gave his power and athis throne and great authority. 3One of its heads seemed to have a mortal wound, but its mortal wound was healed, and authe whole earth marveled as they followed the beast. 4And they worshiped the dragon, for he had given his authority to the beast, and they worshiped the beast, saying, avWho is like the beast, and who can fight against it?”

5And the beast was given awa mouth uttering haughty and blasphemous words, and it was allowed to exercise authority for axforty-two months. 6It opened its mouth to utter blasphemies against God, blaspheming his name and his dwelling,

that is, those who dwell in heaven.
7Also it was allowed azto make war on the saints and to conquer them.

10 bgIf anyone is to be taken captive,
to captivity he goes;
bhif anyone is to be slain with the sword,
with the sword must he be slain.

The Second Beast

11Then bjI saw another beast rising out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb and it spoke like a dragon. 12It exercises all the authority of the first beast in its presence,

and makes the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, blwhose mortal wound was healed.

the beast bpit deceives those who dwell on earth, telling them to make an image for the beast bqthat was wounded by the sword and yet lived.
15And it was allowed to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might even speak and might cause those who would not brworship the image of the beast bsto be slain. 16Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave,

Revelation of John 14

The Lamb and the 144,000

1Then I looked, and behold, on caMount Zion cbstood the Lamb, and with him cc144,000 who cdhad his name and his Father’s name written ceon their foreheads. 2And I heard a voice from heaven cflike the roar of many waters and cglike the sound of loud thunder. The voice I heard was like the sound of chharpists playing on their harps, 3and they were singing cia new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and before the elders. cjNo one could learn that song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth. 4It is these who have not defiled themselves with women, for ckthey are virgins. It is these clwho follow the Lamb wherever he goes. These have been redeemed from mankind as cmfirstfruits for God and the Lamb, 5and cnin their mouth no lie was found, for they are coblameless.

The Messages of the Three Angels

6Then I saw another angel cpflying directly overhead, with an eternal gospel to proclaim to cqthose who dwell on earth, to every nation and tribe and language and people. 7And he said with a loud voice, crFear God and csgive him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come, and ctworship him who made heaven and earth, the sea and the cusprings of water.”

8Another angel, a second, followed, saying, cvFallen, fallen is cwBabylon the great, cxshe who made all nations drink cythe wine of the passion
Or wrath
of her sexual immorality.”

9And another angel, a third, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone daworships the beast and its image and receives dba mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10he also will drink dcthe wine of God’s wrath, ddpoured full strength into the cup of his anger, and dehe will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. 11And dfthe smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and dgthey have no rest, day or night, these dhworshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.”

12 diHere is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who djkeep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.
Greek  and the faith of Jesus

13And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write this: dlBlessed are the dead dmwho die in the Lord from now on.” “Blessed indeed,” says the Spirit, dnthat they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them!”

The Harvest of the Earth

14Then I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and seated on the cloud one dolike a son of man, dpwith a golden crown on his head, and a sharp sickle in his hand. 15And another angel dqcame out of the temple, calling with a loud voice to him who sat on the cloud, drPut in your sickle, and reap, for the hour to reap has come, for dsthe harvest of the earth is fully ripe.” 16So he who sat on the cloud swung his sickle across the earth, and the earth was reaped.

17Then another angel came out of the temple in heaven, and he too had a sharp sickle. 18And another angel came out from the altar, dtthe angel who has authority over the fire, and he called with a loud voice to the one who had the sharp sickle, “Put in your sickle and gather the clusters from the vine of the earth, dufor its grapes are ripe.” 19So the angel swung his sickle across the earth and gathered the grape harvest of the earth and threw it into the great dvwinepress of the wrath of God. 20And dwthe winepress was trodden dxoutside the city, and blood flowed from the winepress, as high as dya horse’s bridle, for 1,600 stadia.
About 184 miles; a stadion was about 607 feet or 185 meters

The Seven Angels with Seven Plagues

1Then eaI saw another sign in heaven, great and amazing, ebseven angels with seven plagues, which are the last, for with them the wrath of God is finished.

2And I saw ecwhat appeared to be a sea of glass mingled with fire—and also those edwho had conquered the beast and its image and eethe number of its name, standing beside the sea of glass efwith harps of God in their hands. 3And they sing egthe song of Moses, ehthe servant
