The Rider on a White Horse

11Then I saw aheaven opened, and behold, ba white horse! The one sitting on it is called cFaithful and True, and din righteousness he judges and makes war. 12 eHis eyes are like a flame of fire, and on his head are fmany diadems, and he has ga name written that no one knows but himself. 13He is clothed in ha robe dipped in

blood, and the name by which he is called is jThe Word of God.
14And the armies of heaven, karrayed in fine linen, white and pure, lwere following him on white horses. 15 mFrom his mouth comes a sharp sword nwith which to strike down the nations, and ohe will rule them with a rod of iron. pHe will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. 16On his robe and on his thigh qhe has a name written, rKing of kings and Lord of lords.

17Then I saw an angel standing in the sun, and with a loud voice he called to sall the birds that fly directly overhead, tCome, gather for uthe great supper of God, 18 vto eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all men, both free and slave,
Greek bondservant
both small and great.”
19And I saw xthe beast and the kings of the earth with their armies ygathered to make war against him who was sitting on the horse and against his army. 20And the beast was captured, and with it zthe false prophet aawho in its presence
Or on its behalf
had done the signs by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who acworshiped its image. These two were adthrown alive into the lake of aefire that burns with sulfur.
21And the rest were slain by the sword afthat came from the mouth of him who was sitting on the horse, and agall the birds were gorged with their flesh.

Revelation of John 20:2-4

2And he seized ahthe dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan, and aibound him for a thousand years, 3and threw him into ajthe pit, and shut it and aksealed it over him, so that alhe might not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were ended. After that he must be released for a little while.

4Then I saw amthrones, and anseated on them were those to whom the authority to judge was committed. Also I saw aothe souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those apwho had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. aqThey came to life and arreigned with Christ for a thousand years.

Revelation of John 20:10-15

10and the devil aswho had deceived them was atthrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where authe beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

Judgment Before the Great White Throne

11Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence avearth and sky fled away, and awno place was found for them. 12And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and axbooks were opened. Then another book was opened, which is aythe book of life. And azthe dead were judged by what was written in the books, baaccording to what they had done. 13And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, bbDeath and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them, bcaccording to what they had done. 14Then bdDeath and Hades bewere thrown into the lake of fire. This is bfthe second death, the lake of fire. 15And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, bghe was thrown into the lake of fire.
