20 And the beast was captured, and with it ^qthe false prophet ^rwho in its presence ^{▼▼Or on its behalf} had done the signs by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who ^tworshiped its image. These two were ^uthrown alive into the lake of ^vfire that burns with sulfur.

After that he must be released for a little while.
