Revelation of John 7:10-14

10and crying out with a loud voice, aSalvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” 11And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and bthe four living creatures, and they cfell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, 12 dsaying, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”

13Then one of the elders addressed me, saying, “Who are these, eclothed in white robes, and from where have they come?” 14I said to him, “Sir, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones coming out of fthe great tribulation. gThey have washed their robes and hmade them white iin the blood of the Lamb.

The Lamb and the 144,000

1Then I looked, and behold, on jMount Zion kstood the Lamb, and with him l144,000 who mhad his name and his Father’s name written non their foreheads. 2And I heard a voice from heaven olike the roar of many waters and plike the sound of loud thunder. The voice I heard was like the sound of qharpists playing on their harps, 3and they were singing ra new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and before the elders. sNo one could learn that song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth. 4It is these who have not defiled themselves with women, for tthey are virgins. It is these uwho follow the Lamb wherever he goes. These have been redeemed from mankind as vfirstfruits for God and the Lamb,

3And they sing wthe song of Moses, xthe servant
Greek bondservant
of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying,

zGreat and amazing are your deeds,
O Lord God the Almighty!
aaJust and true are your ways,
