Romans 1:21-23
21For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they abecame futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 bClaiming to be wise, they became fools, 23and cexchanged the glory of dthe immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things.1 Corinthians 8:4
4Therefore, as to the eating of food offered to idols, we know that e“an idol has no real existence,” and that f“there is no God but one.”Ephesians 4:17

17Now this I say and gtestify in the Lord, hthat you must no longer walk as the Gentiles do, iin the futility of their minds.
