6 But ^athe righteousness based on faith says, ^b“Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’” (that is, to bring Christ down) 7 “or ‘Who will descend into the ^cabyss?’” (that is, ^dto bring Christ up from the dead). 8 But what does it say? ^e“The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim); 9 because, if ^fyou confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and ^gbelieve in your heart ^hthat God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.

Romans 13:11-14

11 Besides this you know the time, that the hour has come for you ⁱto wake from sleep. ^jFor salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed. 12 ^kThe night is far gone; the day is at hand. So then let us ^lcast off ^mthe works of darkness and ⁿput on the armor of light. 13 ^oLet us walk properly as in the daytime, ^pnot in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and sensuality, ^qnot in quarreling and jealousy. 14 But ^rput on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, ^sto gratify its desires.
