A Living Sacrifice

1 aI appeal to you therefore, brothers,
Or  brothers and sisters
by the mercies of God, cto present your bodies das a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.
Or your rational service
2 fDo not be conformed to this world,
Greek age
but be transformed by hthe renewal of your mind, that by testing you may idiscern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
Or  what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God

18Whoever thus serves Christ is kacceptable to God and approved by men.

we ask and urge you in the Lord Jesus, that as you xreceived from us yhow you ought to walk and zto please God, just as you are doing, that you aado so more and more.

1 Timothy 5:4

4But if a widow has children or grandchildren, let them first learn abto show godliness to their own household and to make some return to their parents, for acthis is pleasing in the sight of God.
